Seminars & Training

Seminars for CANopen and CAN

IXXAT offers seminars for a series of communication technologies including CAN and CANopen. A list of seminars and dates can be found at the IXXAT homepage. In addition to these standard seminars, held at the companies’ place in Weingarten, Germany, we also offer in-house seminars. Those can be held with identical content to the standard seminars, or adapted to customer's requirements and running for one day or more. The seminars can be held in German or English language.

CAN Seminar (Controller Area Network)
With the seminar, the participants receive a quick, efficient introduction to the CAN technology. The seminar is particularly intended for developers and system designers who have to implement their own developments based on CAN and want to acquire foundational knowledge of CAN technology. The CAN seminar is also recommended as a basis for our CANopen and DeviceNet seminars.
CAN Network Analysis Seminar
The seminar provides an overview about possibilities and procedures for the successful analysis of CAN bus systems. This includes analysis of the communication level, e.g. for CAN device or network software development, as well as testing on physical level, e.g. for design and commissioning of CAN networks.
In addition, procedures for systematic and successful troubleshooting and elimination of existing distortion and error sources are explained in detail and presented using practical experiments.
CANopen Seminar
The target audience of the seminar are developers and system designers who have to conduct their own CANopen developments and want an efficient, solid introduction to CANopen, as well as decision-makers who want to assess the potential of CANopen. Participation in our CAN seminar is recommended as a basis for attending the CANopen seminar if relevant know-how has not already been acquired.

Training

In additionl to the basic seminars we offer code introduction for a quick start with your master or manager software.
